Gulf Coast Box Turtle (Terrapene Carolina Major). This is Bruce, a wild gulf coast box my kids and I found on vacation. This year has been a whirlwind of turtles, the Good Lord Jesus has been having them stop by all lot. If the kids are with me I let them name them and I try to take several types of photos so that we can tell them apart or recognize them if we see them again. I’m really loving the turtle portraits, they are always happy. All the turtles, even Bruce get the start treatment for a few minutes and then they go on about their way and if we can find a snail or worm when we pass each other then if course we give them a snack. Praise Jesus for His creations!!!
