Made by Astec for IBM. Transformer core measures 50mm x 50mm x 20mm. High voltage electrolytic capacitors are 4 x 440uF Rubycon, low voltage are Chemicon. The vertical circuit board generates the Power_Good signal and maybe also handles overvoltage protection.
