to the airport
it started pouring down right before we left for the airport. faint bolts of lightning flickered in the distance, enough to make me a bit uneasy as i didn't look forward to flying through heavy rain and thunder. cried my eyes out as i hugged my aunts, uncles and cousins. i wasn't ready to go home yet and the sky seemed to reflect my feelings somehow, how cliché it may sound.
