Echoes of a bike

It's such a shame. It was a beautiful mountain bike. It took me to so many cool places. It stood there for a weekend, and then it was gone.

 

It's funny how we chase and panic to catch deadlines, clinging to things we think we own, just to lose them in an instant... all that remains are pieces stuck to a chain... an nostalgia for better, long past days.
