Victoriana amplified

Built in 1900, the County Arcade in Leeds was one of the North of England's foremost shopping centres. One of the largest art nouveau schemes in the country, its iron and glass domes illuminate the mahogany store frontages below. It now forms part of the Victoria Quarter development, a covered shopping area that has attracted high-end retail like Harvey Nichols to Leeds.
