Hawai'i born artist Jana Irejo created this ephemeral (vanishing) mural at the Maui Ocean Center to highlight the perils faced by Hawai'i's coral reefs.

Jana's mission is to raise awareness and inspire a sense of urgency to take action. Some of the mural's colors will fade, similar to coral bleaching events. (Photo captured on my iPhone 16 Pro)
