Basil paste

I won't upset proper chefs by calling this pesto.

 

2 bags of basil leaves

A chunk of Parmesan, grated

A handful of walnuts

2 big garlic cloves

Sea salt

Lemon juice

Oil

 

Attacked with the stick blender till I got bored (so not long).

Looks terrible but tastes epic.
