Finally, bottled in a bail jar to cool and refrigerate. This should be nice with pasta, or mashed potato, or rice.

 

Always cool within an hour of cooking for food safety.

 

This is a Kilner jar. I like them because they have heavy gauge wires, which the cheaper copies don't. The Kilner and Le Parfait jars close tightly.
