Korma Chameleon

After another long day I needed some dinner. It's fun to throw random things together and see how they work - some dinner parties are like that.

Here is a mixture of mange tout, broccolini, and haricots verts cooked in a korma sauce, served with some of my pickled vegetables and couscous.
