Cut off

Vintage marmalade on toasted caraway wholemeal bread.

 

I'm stuck at home with a painful Achilles tendon. it's also raining. the temptation is to eat everything in the flat.

Toasted, the flavor of caraway comes out very well and goes well with the marmalade.
