Nigerian Fried Rice

My kind neighbor brought me this for lunch.

It was spicy and full of surprises, a kind of surf n turf which was just what I needed today.

Good neighbors are worth more than gold.

 

Top tip - never reheat rice, it's not worth the risk of food poisoning. So, of course, for safety, I ate the lot 😂
