Carrot Casserole

Improbable, yes. But National Carrot Day was celebrated in England on 3 October. It coincided with National Poetry Day, so I wrote a limerick to celebrate both. However, I will spare you that forgettable moment.

As I had some French beans, I thought they would make a nice garnish.
