Carrottes au gratin
I needed another title for the picture - but this is my carrot casserole, served, and shortly eaten by me and a surprise dinner guest.
There is a roux as well as some red onion in there, along with some sharp cheddar and Grana Padano in the crust.
It tasted nice and was quite filling.
Best of all it only took about 30 minutes to make from start to finish.
