But of a sort. Didn't feel like cooking tonight but hungry. So i threw this together quickly. It doesn't look much but it hit the spot.

1 egg

3 sliced mushrooms

Garden peas

Blue cheese

Chives

Olive oil

Mix together in a small dish

 

Baked quickly

 

Done
