Frying tonight

This 19th century church with its imposing spire, formerly called The Friary, is up for sale. Standing at the end of Saint Leonard's Gate, I suspect the original friars cared for the deacon keepers who lived nearby. Saint Leonard is the patron of many things, including coopers, women in labor, and prisoners.
