Ambivalent

Now the ambulance station, this former school for the poor was opened 2 years before England's first Education Act that mandated basic education for all children. This school was provided by the anglican church.

Churches have always been associated with education. I was educated by Jesuits and will always be grateful to them even though i hated school.
