Queso blanco

I'm a creature of habit. I like a sandwich at lunchtime. I've had enough of labneh for now so queso blanco is the way forward for now.

To add some depth I've added garlic, black pepper and dill.

It's easy to make and very satisfying to do.

Reserve some whey when draining or it can become a bit dry and granular.
