Introspection

Daffodils are done for the season which means it's tulip time.

 

After morning meditation is time for reflection. Then my ADHD app reminds me to 'capture the moment'.. So here it is. Looking inside a tulip is a joy for me. It's like a botanical model writ large.

 

And then off to work and cook lunch for the Friday crowd. The simplicity of a tulip will inform my cooking today.
