The Simurg, also known as the Phoenix, means "rebirth" and symbolizes a mythical, benevolent bird in Persian mythology and literature. This bird represents success through patience, effort, and never giving up, as well as constant growth and transformation. Inspired by the mythological story of this legendary bird that burns itself and is reborn from its ashes, we have adopted the name Simurg with a philosophical mission to strive for change and improvement. It has been 2 years since we began our Simurg journey, during which we have aimed to offer you various perspectives in our little corner with each changing season. Thank you for your interest and support for our winter concept; we will continue to welcome you throughout the winter.
