I really enjoyed reading this, and hearing this. I really resonate with what is being said. Something that came out of this was, ((Dan Fouts 19:16))

 

"You have to confront your past in order to find out what lies within you."

 

I have struggled with liking myself, and feeling I have value, there is no doubt it comes from childhood trauma, but the thing is, and there is always a thing, I am standing up and saying No, no more. I am worthy,

 

I do deserve.
