Sometimes we consciously choose options believing that they will bring us happiness, and once the choice is made, even if things don't fit, we still force a smile because we don't want to accept that we were wrong, we don't want to show it to ourselves or to others. Often these decisions are made fleeing forwards from a situation that we feel must be changed, maybe to prove something, but the bitterness they cause, even if we hide it, is bitterness nevertheless. Sometimes I need to be alone, isolate myself from the world and listen to my heart, not to my head, because the latter frequently makes mistakes, but the former, even if it doesn't know how to communicate very well, even if it is easier to silence or ignore it, is never wrong. Sometimes, if our feet start running, it is better not to stop them.
