1. Lợi khuẩn Lactobacillus là gì?
Lactobacillus acidophilus (acidophilus) là một loại vi khuẩn thuộc họ Lactobacillus được tìm thấy chủ yếu trong hệ tiêu hóa, tiết niệu và sinh dục. Vi khuẩn này giúp duy trì sự cân bằng và số lượng vi khuẩn lành mạnh trong dạ dày, ruột và tốt cho sức khỏe. Do đó, nó được sử dụng rộng rãi trong sản xuất sản phẩm lên men, ngành công nghiệp thực phẩm và dược phẩm.
Họ vi khuẩn Lactobacillus hiện có hơn 170 loài khác nhau. Tuy nhiên, việc phân biệt giữa chúng không thể dựa vào kiểu hình mà phải sử dụng phương pháp xác định phân tử. Dưới đây là danh sách một số loài phổ biến thuộc chi Lactobacillus:
