Technical Writer- 90% Remote/Hybrid Hague, Netherlands

We currently have a vacancy for a Technical Writer fluent in English, to offer his/her services as an expert who will be based in The Hague, the Netherlands. The work will be carried out either on the company’s premises or on-site at customer premises. In the context of the first assignment, the successful candidate will be integrated and closely cooperate with a major client’s IT team, on-site.

 

 

Your tasks:

 

- Collaborate with developers, QA engineers and business to gather accurate information about the software project;

 

- Draft, edit and finalize design documentation, comprising API description ensuring clarity and accuracy;

 

- Create tutorial content, guidelines, step-by-step guides and reference manuals for external integrators.

 

Requirements

 

- University degree in IT combined with more than 6 years of experience in Software Development;

 

- At least 3 years of experience in technical writing, focused on software documentation;

 

- At least 3 years of experience in RESTful API and specifically on OpenAPI specifications;

 

- Good Knowledge of microservices architectures;

 

- Good Knowledge of SCRUM methodology;

 

- Good knowledge of C#, .NET and ASP .NET software development would be an asset;

 

- Experience in OAuth2 and JWT Token-based authentication systems as well as Confluence for internal documentation and collaboration would be assets;
