Today's look

Going to be walking through an entire floor of condos in 5 separate buildings today with five different people representing 5 different entities in the construction of. Owner, architect, contractor, and l, representing our

Interests. It's long. It's meticulous. Elevators aren't operational until turn over. So it's a lot of up and down stairs.

Every room ,closet, hallway, stairway, equipment room, .

Every phase. Carpentry, electric, plumbing, heating, fire safety, you name it. Inspected with a fine tooth comb.

The lists for every room are them given to the respected trades. They fix. And we do same thing again, and again, and again. Sometimes looking at the same thing for a month on different days.

It is constant. It is everyday. Started four weeks ago. And will continue till at least hopefully. Memorial Day. Then. Hopefully enough will be acceptable. And we will turn over various units for occupancy.

But as l said. It's everything. Swimming pool. Workout rooms. Landscaping. Roof heating units. Fire suppression. Fire alarms. Offices. Retail area's. Recreation areas.

If you live in a multi floor condo or apartment complex. Think of everything in it. That's what we're inspecting.

So. I dress casual. And try not to look like I'm that rugged no nonsense bitch.

Do my hair. Put on makeup. And wear something conservative in a construction kind of way.
