Start simple

Have been doing simple stretching and some very minor yoga things. Have also been mediating. A combination of things during my healing.

You must not only properly excercise the body. It also needs proper rest to heal and strengthen.

 

Doctor gave me okay to go all out with my yoga. He understands how advanced l am in it. And knows l know how properly to proceed.

And it's keeping things simple.

Ease the body slowly into different positions. Everything is a step. You can't get to the top of the stairs without stepping or going past each stair. Sure. You can go up three at a time. But that increases the chance of slipping and falling. And when you fall. It's normally back to the bottom.

So l will reach the top again. But l do it simple. One step at a time. Getting my balance before the next.

And the thing is. It's not only the proper and easy way. It gives the most inner peace.

You have no idea how happy l am in this picture.
