We just wrapped up an incredible transformation at this project installing two stunning black-on-black powder-coated StruXure motorized louvered roof systems that completely reimagined our client’s backyard.
The first system creates the ultimate outdoor grilling hub, complete with a powerful overhead 6,000W Bromic infrared heater to keep things cozy and two overhead dimmable lights for perfect evening ambiance.
The second? A showstopper. This 3-zone StruXure system stretches an impressive 34 feet across the home and 18 feet out into the yard, partially roof-mounted to seamlessly blend with the house. It offers dedicated dining and lounging areas, two ceiling fans for summer breezes, three more Bromic heaters for chilly mountain nights, and three motorized shade screens to block sun, bugs, and wind. All lighting is dimmable to set the mood just right.
What used to be a southern-facing, barely usable patio is now a 3-to-4-season outdoor retreat the homeowners can enjoy almost year-round — whether it’s a summer BBQ, autumn dinner party, or snowy winter evening under the warm glow of the heaters.
