To import a MySQL database on Azure, you can follow these steps:

- To import a MySQL database on Azure, go to the Azure portal and navigate to the desired MySQL database resource.

- Click on "Import" under the "Settings" menu to start the import process.

- Choose the source of your database: either a storage account or a local file.

- Provide the necessary details for the import, such as the file type, storage account, container, file name, and storage key.

- Configure the settings for the target MySQL database, including the database name, server, server admin login, and password.

- Review the import summary and click "OK" to start the import process.

- Monitor the progress of the import in the notifications or the "Import/export history" section.
