Demonstration of Aseptic Techniques

I found videos on YouTube which teach how to clone mushrooms and grow mycelium so I spent last summer, voluntarily as I am a term-time only member of staff, working in the mycology labs on a small project to learn this. A friend of mine and colleague who has worked in microbiology for many years could not believe this was at all possible and so joined me on the summer project and was very helpful to teach me the importance of keeping to a routine, being methodical in your way of work, otherwise it certainly will not work.
