48h Cold Fermented No-Knead Pan Pizza

This was not my best bake. The cold ferment seemed to go well but the bake didn't go so well. The top was beginning to burn and the bottom was fine but there were parts in the middle that were not properly cooked. I suspect I know where I went wrong:

 

My oven was too hot, next time I will use the 200 C setting

I should have used all the dough in my larger pan not try and spread it between two.

Perhaps a little less topping

 

It actually taste pretty good so I will try again sometime.
