A 100 page quarterly edition of Burten's Follies, likely incorporating remaindered color pages, mostly images appropriated from La Vie Parisenne, on slick paper from previous Follies issues. Full of poetry, jokes, illustration, and photos of the Broadway stars of the day. Cap'n Joey was riding high.
