I hate to leave the bit of bottom font unrepaired, but I have no other image to work from, and I didn't like the approximations I came up with.
A 99 cent magazine. Cheap but scarce, the sort of magazine that can ending up being a big hassle in the restoration department. Especially when it's out of register in the first place and will never quite look right.
Of course, the beat to hell copies of expensive magazines us scanners can afford can often be a lot of work as well ><
