Chef Special Mac&Cheese

A house specialty treat at the Slate restaurant in the Provo Marriott hotel. It looks pretty simple but it is amazing. The bit in the middle is Bar-B-Cue salt port. I'm not sure what kind of cheese this is but it is amazing. Comfort food taken to a new level!
