Cattle on the edges of the Clover Creek Solar Project near Mona in Juab County, Utah. The facility went on-line on December 16, 2021 and provides 80 megawatts of clean solar power. The single axis panels cover about 500 acres west of Mona, Utah. That is about 16 times as much as the Deer Creek Dam produces and nearly 7 times as much power as the Jordanelle Dam. Together the two dams only produce about 17 megawatts of hydropower.
