Blue Anodized Layover
As a child I was a curious little guy and I'm sure I drove my great uncle Coleman crazy with my endless questions about all of the many mysterious and interesting things in his barn. Turns out he had many types of Layovers -- mostly used to catch meddlers. Based on that vast knowledge, I'm pretty sure this is a Layover, but I'm not sure if it is used to catch those bothersome meddlers!
