Heart Cookies

These poor cookies "were" so pretty, and then I decided to store them in air-tight tins. I stacked them on top of each other, with parchment paper between layers. Of course, it smooshed the powdered sugar and jelly down. I had to redo them for the photo. Live and learn as they say.

 

They were really fun to make and easy.
