Blue caves

Pictured are the Blue Caves on the island of Zakynthos in Greece. These caves are located on the north side of the island, in an area called Skinari. The water in the caves is an intense blue color, which gave the caves their name. The caves can only be reached by boat and are a popular place for swimming. Organized glass-bottom boat trips are available for purchase, allowing you to observe the underwater life.
