Fortified Knights Templar Church Lacapelle Livron
The commandery attested in 1236 dominates the valley of Bonnette and the village of Lacapelle, near Caylus, on the borders of Rouergue and Quercy. There remains the chapel which is the current village church, the two main buildings of the castle and outbuildings. The existing buildings still bear many traces of the history of the Knights of the Temple, then of their successors, the Knights Hospitallers of Jerusalem, known as "Rhodes" or "Malta", who occupied it until the Revolution
