Intention/ This is supposed to be stopped motion of the flag.

 

Reference to the reading/ Freemans topic of Framing is somewhat more important than the actual motion, although there is also the element of anticipation.

 

Outcome/ Everything leads to the center (the flag), the curve of the tree branches, the flag pole and even the facing direction of the car. While it is not obvious that the flag is moving it is known that they do and the askew nature lends even more to the anticipation.

 

Edits/ I adjusted some levels but that is all.
