The Lobster Claw Nebula (SH2-157, HOO)

SH2-157 is a bright nebula in the constellation Cassiopeia. It is 43,000 light years from us. its size is roughly 60 x 50 arcminutes, or roughly 759 light years in diameter.

 

Taken with my William Optics FLT91 with F6AIII 0.8x reducer.

Filter: Optolong L-Ultimate (dual-band)

Mount: ZWO AM5
