> full online publication of all words from current, and, founding dictionaries. Each secondary school computer lab to adopt a chapter for keystroke entry. schools to suggest further development of content

> contract news entity to produce bi-lingual headlines and shortened stories in Maori from existing media services, including GovMedia. For free use by all, with links to original news sites

> bi-lingual transcripts of nighly TV news

> hard copy versions of Maori and English news can be posted at all village meetings halls, in both languages, especially outer islands

> online posting of audio/video podcasts for downloading and broadcast by Cook Islands community groups overseas

> e-tutoring audio / video lessons available online, either web-based or as a free download or email link to postal CD

> rapidly growing resource of Maori language articles from parliament and media

> fully searchable bi-lingually linkable online dictionary

> database of past, present and possible future te reo usage

> daily exposure of population to information in te reo

> instant nationwide exposure for Maori language

> increase in official use of Maori
