Rock channels (IR 720nm mono)
So this is above the waterfall, it goes along with these cascades and lots of channels in the rock that the water carved out over time. Some have water, some are dry. Part 14 of the "lost gorge series".
Source for this pano is a 18 photo mercator projection, ~192MP, 12419 x 15461px trimmed.
This one was affected by the VC on the tripod but not bad enough to throw it out, the panoramic approach makes up for the shake, at least a little bit. So no crops here.
Nikon D90 (APS-C, fullspectrum mod)
Tamron 10-24mm f/3.5-4.5 Di ll VC HLD
Hoya R72 (720nm infrared pass-filter)
ISO250, 24mm, f/6.3, 3sec
(therefore 36mm full frame equivalent)
tripod, panorama head, remote (ML-L3)
