Inter-dimensional being (720nm infrared)
As I was about to start my (multi hour) hike back down to my car in the valley, a being emerged, literally out of nowhere. 😮
It was otherworldly bright, but contrary to what it felt like, I wasn't blinded instantly, my eyes could somehow bare it.
At first I thought it was made out of light, but as it dialed down it's intensity for me, I could see that it was semitransparent and transforming itself constantly, sort of rotating, which made clear that it was inhabiting a multitude of dimensions. As an object in three-dimensional space, it didn't make any sense at all, words really start to fail here.
It was permanently emerging and proliferating in all directions like water from an invisible well in midair, but it somehow did not grow in size because it was also disappearing simultaneously.
And it was not only folding itself inside out and vice versa, it also seemed to fold the space around it too which made it look less like an object, but a dimensional swirl of some kind, ..it was a distinct non-object. ✨
As it began to telepathically transfer ALL the secrets of the universe into my mind, I totally lost the sense of time but as the download was complete, I noticed that an hour had passed.
Sorry peeps, I cannot tell you more about the fabric and ultimate meaning of existence, I think that's against the Flickr rules of conduct or something. 😛
I was very satisfied with all that knowing so I took a quick infrared panorama of this extradimensional being before it started to retract and since it was already getting late too, I decided to head back fast in order to not miss supper. 😋
Alright boys and girls, that was storytime for today, stay tuned till the next alien-tastic installment ..
(And no, I nor my infrared camera did not accidentally fall into a cowpat that had some mushrooms growing in it on this hike..)
