My Grandfather designed the badge in 1966 and it was produced by a firm in London called Toye, Kenning and Spencer who are still in business to this day. These were worn on the upper right shoulder of each pilot. I have transcribed my Grandfather’s work from the 60s in a digital way with help from him along the way.
