2024-06-07, #2 - Warm-up to Workout - Thigh Stretch, Left Leg

I also performed this stretching exercise on my right leg, although i didn't photograph myself doing so. There were a few other warm-up stretching exercises besides this and the one portrayed in Photo #1.
