2024-06-07, #9 - Leg Curl, Top Position - Work Set

It's important to keep the hips down and flat against the bench while performing this exercise. Otherwise, if you raise your hips off the bench and your butt sticks up in the air, the lower back muscles kick into play and greatly lessen the work done by the hamstrings and upper thighs -- thus, defeating the purpose of the exercise.
