180 with 160, was going to get fully EVs, with 160 being successful but 180 only got them partially, with the ex TT BU16s meant to be used also on 180 temporarily but the PD hybrids filled in for them, but now 180 being partially EVs and Hybrids, its quite weird why it didnt fully get them.
