Through the implementation of the Integrated Command and Control Centre (ICCC), smart surveillance system, and ICT-based Solid Waste Management System, NEC strives to improve the quality of life of citizens by enhancing the efficiency of citizen-centric services, improving connections between residents and agencies, and empowering municipal corporations to meet resident's needs proactively.
