Connor Mayhorn
Project1_StrongPOV_Mayhorn
The intention with this shot was to showcase a strong sense of PoV, in this case, looking up a tree. Doing some research onto what a PoV is, I've found that it means "point of view". Reading Lisa's instructions (and emailing her), one of the elements that she mentions as having a "strong" point of view was looking far up, or far down. I was a bit hesitant on using this image as there's still very little 'sense of self', like arms & legs aren't seen and I'm not sure it completely reads that it's a Point of View, but I went with this image anyway because I still feel like it conveys a sense of wonder looking up, and the framing of the branches on the side looks gorgeous. No edits were made to the image.
