Boosting the heat pump sector is not only crucial for decarbonising the heating and cooling sector, it is also a major driver for Europe’s economy. That was the key message from the recent event jointly organised by EHPA and Stiebel Eltron, in collaboration with the Representation of the state of Lower Saxony to the EU in Brussels on March 19, 2024.
During this engaging hybrid event, politicians and industry representatives discussed the need for stronger policy support for the heat pump sector and the many benefits that would bring.
With a total of 70 attendees present at the venue and an additional 50 participating online, the event witnessed robust engagement, underscoring the widespread recognition of the sector's importance and the urgency to address related challenges.
