A seat, a roof and a view.

The Jarrah Pavilion, previously referred to as 'Rotunda One', was the first such shelter built in Kings Park and is located to the south of the State War Memorial precinct. Completed in 1899, it was constructed of Jarrah timber with a tile roof and was a kiosk and popular summer house.

The original floor was boarded and raised to allow people sitting inside to have a clear view of the river. With magnificent 360-degree views of the city of Perth, the Swan River and the Darling Range, it is now a popular wedding venue.
